The first step is a meet and greet with our most senior technical staff, or if time is limited, a quick phone call. The goal is for you to find out more about our team and start to develop trust and confidence that we are able to deliver the services that you need. We will ask a few questions in order to familiarise as much as we can with your business, your goals and current IT setup. You may ask us anything you like.


2. Costs and Budget:

We are open about our costs and can give you a rough budget for your upcoming project or ongoing managed services relationship. This may purely be on an estimate basis, but will help you to start considering a budget and decide whether Vocal Networks are the right fit for your business.


3. IT Review:

We like to carry out a thorough IT review within your business, at no cost to you. This will help us to provide you with a far more accurate assessment of your current IT setup, and gain a better understanding of your operation. During the review, we try to talk with as many team members as possible so that we're familiar with the mix of roles and responsibilities within your organisation.


4. Building Trust:

Our clients stick with and trust us and are confident in the ideas and solutions that we put forward. We understand that it takes time to develop this trust, and know from experience that it can take many months to build a new business relationship. We invest the time in our new clients, and will regularly meet or exchange emails to discuss plans and ideas; likely at no cost to your business. We do not push for approval; you are free to move ahead when ready.


5. Initial IT Projects:
